These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://freeplaygg.com ("the site"). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

FreePlay.gg provides free, browser-based games. No registration is required. We may add, modify, suspend or remove any game or feature at any time without notice, and we may discontinue the site entirely.

Some games on this site are original implementations inspired by well-known game genres. Genre mechanics are not themselves protectable, but our specific code, artwork and text are. Names of third-party products or classic games mentioned in editorial context are the trademarks of their respective owners, and their use here is descriptive and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

4. No warranty
The site and its games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.
5. Score data
Personal best scores are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. We do not back them up and cannot recover them. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, switching browsers or switching devices will result in the loss of saved scores. We accept no responsibility for lost score data.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreePlay.gg and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of the site.
7. Third-party content and advertising
The site displays advertising supplied by third parties and may contain links to external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, services or privacy practices. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.
8. Copyright complaints
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, email contact@freeplaygg.com with "Copyright" in the subject line, identifying the material, the page it appears on, the work you say it infringes, and your contact details. We investigate every report and remove infringing material promptly where a claim is substantiated.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when it is posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after that point constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
