Reporting a bug
Game bugs are the messages we most want to receive. To make a report useful, please include:
- The name of the game and the page address;
- Your browser and version, and whether you were on desktop or mobile;
- What you did immediately before the problem appeared;
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead;
- A screenshot, if the problem is visual.
If a game will not start at all, it is worth trying a hard refresh first — hold Shift and click reload — since an old cached script is the most common cause.
Suggesting a game
We add games regularly and suggestions genuinely influence what comes next. Tell us the game or the mechanic you want, and roughly how long a good session should last. We prioritise games that work equally well with a keyboard and a touchscreen, load instantly, and can be understood without a tutorial.

For media enquiries, sponsorship, or direct advertising placements, email us with "Advertising" in the subject line and we will send current traffic figures and available placements.
Copyright and legal
If you believe any content on this site infringes your rights, email us with "Copyright" in the subject line, identifying the material in question, the page it appears on, and the basis for your claim. We investigate every report and remove infringing material promptly where a claim is substantiated.
Accessibility
We want the site to be usable by as many people as possible. If a game, colour combination or control scheme creates a barrier for you, please tell us — accessibility reports go to the top of the queue.
